Dressing: basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, honey vinegar
Cut Casademont Fuet Extra intro slices and then cut again to make small squares. Cut the orange into segments, remove the peel and then cut again to make de cubes. In a Bowl, prepare a dressing with: 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey vinegar, 5 finely-chopped fresh basil leaves and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork or whisk until the dressing has an even texture.
Assembling the dish
Mic the lamb’s lettuce with the baby spinach leaves to make a bed in the bottom of the plate. On this place the Casademont Fuet Extra, the orange cubes and the raisins, and then the dressing.
Can be prepared beforehand and kept in the fridge well covered. Take out about 15 minutes before serving so that it warms to room temperature. Dress just before serving.
